I paid but can't download my PDF report. What do I do?

There is sometimes a short delay (up to a few minutes) between payment and the download button appearing. Try these steps in order:

  1. Refresh the results page.
  2. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used at checkout.
  3. Check your Dashboard — the download button also appears there once your purchase is confirmed.
  4. If it still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact us and we will manually grant access or send you the PDF directly.
My PDF won't open or looks blank / corrupted.

This usually happens with certain browser and PDF viewer combinations. Try:

  • Use a different browser — Chrome is the most reliable.
  • Right-click the download link → “Save link as…” instead of opening directly.
  • On mobile, open in Safari or Chrome rather than an in-app browser.

Still not working? Contact us and we will email you the PDF as an attachment.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

My child's personality type seems wrong. Why?

MBTI results are a starting point for self-discovery, not a definitive label. A few things to keep in mind:

  • Personality can shift depending on mood, stress, or how questions are interpreted.
  • For the teen assessment, answers reflect how your child felt on that day.
  • For parent-guided assessments, results depend on your observations — so close to a 50/50 split on any dimension means the preference is mild, not that the type is wrong.
  • You can retake the assessment any time — results are saved to your dashboard.
How do I reset my password or fix a login issue?
  • Forgot password — sends a reset link to your email within a minute.
  • Email not verified? Check your inbox (and spam) for a verification email. Unverified accounts cannot access the dashboard.
  • Signed up with a different email address? Try a few variations — we cannot merge accounts.

How long do I have access to my PDF report?

Your purchase is permanent. Once you have paid for a report, the download button will always be available on the results page and in your Dashboard. There are no subscriptions or expiry dates.
